The Ministry Transformation and Development Centre is the leadership engine room of Firm Foundation International.
We mobilize, develop, and support leaders within the church and the marketplace. Our mandate is to raise people who become resources to the world, bringing healing, structure, and transformation to desert places wherever they go.

FDA 300 Level, SHAPE profiling, assignments, leadership training, service ethics, and ministry standards.

Follow-up, accountability, wellbeing checks, and evaluation across Membership, Maturity, Ministry, and Missions.

Inner Healing & Counselling
One-on-one Unbound sessions and emotional and spiritual support that help leaders remain whole and effective.

Planning and execution of Transform Conference, C4DP, FALT, and strategic ministry projects.

Ministering Teams
Coordination of ministering protocols, administration, and healthy rotation that protects leaders from burnout.
