Rev. Benson Akhigbe and Kay Benson-Akhigbe II are the driving force behind Firm Foundation International Ministries in Benin City, Lagos, and Abuja. Their shared assignment is to develop people who are spiritually grounded, purpose driven, and equipped to bring healing and transformation wherever life has become barren.
Together, they have birthed initiatives that strengthen individuals, families, institutions, and government. These include the Transform annual leadership conference, the Money, Sex and Power campaigns across Nigerian tertiary institutions, and Avalanche, an annual interdenominational worship gathering.
Beyond public ministry, Rev. Benson is a devoted husband, loving father of two, and son whose passion for healthy and successful families shapes both his leadership and pastoral care.

With experience spanning banking and academia, Rev. Benson is a dedicated people developer. Through Firm Foundation training schools, he continually trains and retrains people to combine spiritual depth, personal responsibility, competence, and courageous leadership.
As a faculty member of the Adullam School of Supernatural Reformation and Transformation, he teaches leadership development as a foundation for cultural renewal. His burden is to see men and women emerge as revivalists and transformers in every sphere of society.
